Homestay Prices (2024)

Host Family accommodation can be booked by the week. This makes homestay a fantastic (and affordable) short or mid-term accommodation option in London. Furthermore, there is no security deposit required. Prices start from £220 per person per week for a single occupancy homestay on either self-catering or bed and continental breakfast. However, there may be supplements charged, depending on the meal plan or accommodation requested, the time of year, any special dietary requirements and the age of the student.

We also offer twin rooms for 2 people (e.g friends or siblings) to share. A twin room will usually contain two single sized beds (or possibly a bunk bed) and there is a per person discount if you wish to share a twin room.

Complete our short online application form to get started. Here you can let us know what you are looking for, as well as your maximum weekly budget. We will then send you a selection of carefully selected homestay profiles matching your criteria, complete with pictures, information about the family and transport links and prices.

Payment is only requested when you have selected a homestay that you like and your chosen host has confirmed that they are available to welcome you.

Additional Charges & Supplements

Administration Fee – There will be a one-off administration fee of £35 per booking

Private Bathroom Supplement – £35 per person per week.

Junior (Under 18s) Supplement – £15 per person per week.

Christmas Supplement – If you are staying between 24th December to 2nd January there will be a one-off supplementary fee of £35 per person

Summer Supplement – If you are staying between 01st July to 01st September there will be an additional charge of £15 per person per week

Gluten Free or Vegan Supplement – £30 per person per week

Lactose Free Supplement – £15 per person per week

Rates are per person per week and pro-rata.

Please inform us at the time of booking if you are carrying more than 3 medium size suitcases per car (not per person) as this will incur extra charges.

For any pick-ups on the following dates there will be an additional 50% increase on the above prices: 24th 25th 26th and 31st December and 1st January.

Students can have up to 30 mins free waiting time after their flight is due. After that, they will be charged £15 per hour.

We can also organise for group transfers in either coaches or mini buses to your allocated host family meeting point. Please contact us to enquire about prices.
